Pepa Wings is a rapidly growing chicken wings brand in the Philippines, known for serving affordable yet quality chicken wings and milkshakes. Founded in 2016 as a passion project, Pepa Wings has expanded to multiple branches across the Metro and offers franchise opportunities to further its growth.


Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Pasig. The Human Resources Manager typically oversees an organization's administrative and organizational functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and training, acting as a bridge between management and employees.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires.


Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administering salary and benefits programs.
  • Conducting salary surveys and making recommendations.
  • Ensuring fair and competitive compensation.


Training and Development:

  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Supporting employee growth and development.


Performance Management:

  • Developing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Supporting employee development and career progression.


HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Staying up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
  • Providing HR leadership and guidance to management.


Legal Compliance:

  • Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in labor law.
  • Providing guidance to management on legal issues.


Data and Reporting:

  • Collecting and analyzing HR data.
  • Preparing reports on HR metrics.
  • Using data to make informed decisions.


Other Duties:

  • May handle employee insurance and pensions.
  • May be involved in talent management and succession planning.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in HR management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and systems.
