Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Monitor production process, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
Collaborate with other production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
1-3 year's of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in duct fabrication.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safety and efficiently.
Basic knowledge of ductwork fabrication techniques and materials.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
