- Prepare, review, and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading
- Encode and maintain accurate import/export records in the company system
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Assist with customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- File and organize physical and digital documents for audits and reference
- Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance departments for document verification
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and email communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field
- Preferably with experience in import/export or logistics documentation (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with BOC, other government agency processes is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Can start ASAP
