The role involves essential functions such as standardization and process optimization, process audits, document and records management control, digitalization and automation solutions, leadership/organizational development, and building integrity and credibility. It involves establishing quality assurance and control standards, streamlining key processes, and documenting the analysis, review, and implementation of corrective actions. The role also involves documenting 'as-is' process maps, identifying process owners, and documenting metrics to enhance performance. It also supports the Immediate Superior/Supervisor in implementing digital and automation initiatives. The role also involves leadership development, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course.
- One (1) to two (2) years of related work experience (May accept fresh graduate with Excellent scholastic record; with leadership potential).
- Proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation skills.
- With analytical and auditing skills.
- Proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Smartsheet, BPM/productivity tools/applications, MS Office Suite Application, and Cloud-based Collaboration Tools.
- Can deal and handle non-critical problems and tasks relevant to PSM.
- With proactive and result-driven mindset with proven track record in driving and achieving results.
- Keen on details specifically on different aspects of process management and digitalization.
- Can coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, projects, teams, and other stakeholders.
