• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to evaluate operational performance.

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standards and benchmarks.

• Assess production capacity and align resources to meet demand.

• Optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization in poultry processing and farming operations

• Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges.

• Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to implementation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

• Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

• Preferably from Poultry Farms and Dressing Plants

• Knowledge and Expertise in Plant Operation Productivity, Manpower Optimization, Capacity Improvement, and Production Line Balancing. 

• Intermediate knowledge in Project Management.

• Highly Trainable and the learning curve is shortest

• Must be in their 30's and 40s

• Must be a long-term candidate and has no plans of studying and working abroad now and in the future

• Mature or a right-mix for our current management team

• Must be mobile and in excellent health
