Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnose faults in machines, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, electrical components, pumps, etc.
Perform repairs, replacements, and lubrication, and ensure timely preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding torches, gauges, and hoists according to specifications.
Install and align new machinery/components, support rigging and heavy equipment handling.

Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial settings.
Skills and Competencies: Licensed Certified Plant Mechanic, electrical troubleshooting, electrical wiring, hand welding, die casting technology, automatic welding, and safety protocol execution.
Working Conditions: Industrial environments, often involving manual labor and potential exposure to hazardous materials.
Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
