  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers.
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; training in painting techniques preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in industrial painting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of painting methods, mixing paints, costing, planning, forecasting, and strong observation skills.
  • Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and industrial settings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, good communication, and ability to work independently or as a team.
