We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Influencer Outreach & Content Marketing Manager to execute and optimize a comprehensive creator-driven marketing strategy. This role centers on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with TikTok/Instagram content creators, overseeing product sample distribution, tracking and optimizing affiliate/commission-based partnerships, managing monthly creative contests, and leveraging user-generated video content for both Amazon and off-Amazon sales (Shopify funnel).
You will also build and maintain an email marketing flow that helps train and energize our brand ambassadors, manage viral video assets, and coordinate with the internal team to scale paid media campaigns. By turning one-off purchases into recurring membership revenue, you’ll help us boost sales, increase brand visibility, and drive significant ROI from influencer partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Outreach
Utilize tools like Euka (or similar) to research and compile lists of relevant TikTok and Instagram creators who fit the brand’s target audience.
Leverage competitive intelligence: identify creators promoting competitor products, gather their handles, and invite them to collaborate.
Manage automated outreach campaigns (via bots or direct messaging), customizing offers, commission structures, and follow-up messages.
Creator Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all influencer collaborations, handling negotiation of terms, product sampling, and campaign coordination.
Gather essential details via Google Forms or similar, ensuring the creator’s shipping info, content preferences, and permissions for video reuse are properly recorded.
Maintain ongoing communications, ensuring timely posting of product videos and resolution of any issues or delays.
Affiliate & Commission Program Oversight
Establish and refine commission rates (e.g., 12% for open collabs, 15% for targeted collabs) and ensure timely payments to creators.
Track performance data on a per-creator basis (e.g., conversions, video virality) to identify top performers and VIP ambassadors.
Implement contests or special incentives to keep creators motivated (e.g., doubled commissions, monthly product giveaways).
Email Newsletter & Creator Engagement
Develop an email newsletter flow (via Beehiiv or similar) to regularly communicate with creators, announcing monthly contests, flash sales, viral script examples, and new product launches.
Spotlight successful creators and provide them with winning content “hooks,” scripts, or tips for going viral (generated by AI as needed).
Manage a monthly or weekly leaderboard, highlighting contest standings and maintaining high engagement within the creator community.
Sample Coordination & Follow-Up
Oversee product sample requests on TikTok Shop and direct messaging, ensuring shipments go out promptly.
Implement automated email follow-ups (via Gmail + Streak or another CRM) until the content is posted by the creator.
Track who has (and hasn’t) posted content, and re-engage as needed.
Content Repurposing & Paid Media
Secure permission to repurpose TikTok and Instagram creator videos for other marketing channels.
Collaborate with paid media specialists to launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads using approved creator videos, driving traffic to dedicated Shopify landing pages/funnels.
Coordinate with internal design or funnel-building teams to ensure a seamless customer journey: from ad click to optimized upsells and post-checkout membership offers.
Shopify Funnel Management
Work with design and development teams to create and maintain dedicated Shopify product landing pages, ensuring high conversion rates and strong AOV (average order value).
Bundle products, add value-stack elements (PDFs or digital bonuses), and set up upsells to maximize cart size.
Drive traffic via organic and paid methods and track sales performance and ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as: number of collaborations, cost per creator acquisition, video engagement rates, referral traffic, conversion rates, and overall incremental sales.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize the creator program and paid ad funnels.
Continuously refine outreach, content, and funnel tactics based on the data.
Compliance & Brand Alignment
Ensure all communications and promotional strategies are in alignment with Amazon TOS, FTC guidelines for endorsements, and the brand’s core messaging.
Keep a pulse on emerging best practices for influencer/UGC marketing and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce brand management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory if replaced by commensurate experience)
Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram influencer discovery tools (e.g., Euka) and CRM tools (e.g., Streak for Gmail).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Beehiiv, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and basic funnel-building in Shopify.
Ability to run basic data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets or specialized analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, or funnel analytics).
Understanding of Amazon TOS for influencer collaborations, FTC disclosure requirements, and best practices for brand-creator deals.
Experience with developing, running, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus.
Strong communication skills for negotiating and nurturing influencer partnerships.
Creative mindset with the ability to identify viral content hooks and brand alignment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns, product launches, and creator relationships simultaneously.
Must be amenable to work M to F, 10pm to 7am Manila Time
