The BD Influencer Partnership Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, and strategic partners to drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and revenue growth. This role combines business development, influencer marketing, and account management to build high-impact collaborations that align with the company’s goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnership with local influencers and MCNs in the Philippines, focusing on smartwatches, TWS earphones, and consumer electronics accessories.
Select suitable local influencers (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on brand positioning and campaign needs and build a local influencer database.
Communicate and negotiate with influencers, define cooperation models (commission/Fixed fee/Hybrid), and ensure smooth collaboration.
Tract influencer campaign execution, monitor content quality and sales performance, and ensure achievement of sales and exposure goals.
Collect influencer feedback and market insights, conduct data analysis, and propose optimization strategies to continuously improve the influencer matrix.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and e-commerce teams to drive influencer partnerships for major campaigns on the Philippines site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer/KOL partnerships or e-commerce marketing; experience in MCNs, brands, or agencies preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of consumer electronics or lifestyle products, with insight into young audience trends.
Familiar with the Philippine social media ecosystem and influencer collaboration on TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Results-driven, strong negotiator, and capable of independently managing influencer partnerships from start to performance review.
