  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
  • Provide product information and support through phone and email communications.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and reports for sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Fluency in Japanese and strong cultural understanding
  • The Sales Support role for Japanese clients

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of sales support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in JLPT N2-N1, strong Japanese speaking skills, adept in ERP and CRM systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player, and proactive.
