Construct, repair, and restore structures such as walls, floors, sidewalks, and buildings using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, or similar materials.
Lay and align materials according to blueprints, drawings, or instructions.
Mix, pour, and spread mortar, cement, and other binding materials.
Cut or shape bricks, stones, or tiles to fit specific measurements.
Repair or replace damaged masonry structures and surfaces.
Install reinforcement materials to strengthen structures as needed.
Ensure construction meets safety standards and building codes.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.

Proven experience as a mason or relevant fieldwork.
Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good problem-solving and math skills for accurate measurements.
Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures on-site.
Certification or apprenticeship in masonry (preferred but not required).
