  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop creative design concepts and space layouts.
  • Select color schemes, furniture, and materials.
  • Create 2D and 3D renderings to visualize designs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design.
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), strong visualization skills, and color theory knowledge.
  • Create design plans, collaborate with clients, and oversee project implementations.
  • Office environment with site visits; flexible hours may be required.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and problem-solver.
  • With work experience (SPD/ Construction/ Renovation/ Department Stores and Boutique)
  • Uses computer applications to create 3D designs and floor plans.
  • Preferably with experience from fashion retail and SM Malls and alike.
