簡介

As a Inventory Clerk Primarily responsible keeping track of and managing orders for warehouse stock, keep accurate counts of stored items in the warehouse, maintaining inventory records, and receiving supplier deliveries.


  • Assist in checking of items prior to receiving and ensure received items tally with the Supplier Invoice or delivery receipt.
  • Physical counting materials, equipment, or supplies in stock.
  • Maintaining and updating of records for material withdrawals, incoming and outgoing, for return in the file or system currently used.
  • Organize all forms used in the inventory.
  • Coordinate with purchasing for the arrival of materials.
  • Encode and assist warehouse officer for accurate withdrawal of items with production.
  • Assist warehouse officer in organizing stocks and maintain inventory.
  • Assist warehouse officer in inspecting stocks for defects or damages.
  • Keep warehouse/inventory area clean and organized.


職位要求

  • Graduate or Vocational Course
  • 6 months to 1 year of working experience
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Adequate knowledge on inventory system used.
  • Eager to learn, with a strong interest in the said position
  • Willing to work overtime if necessary
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • With attention to details
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Have positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
