• Receive, inspect and process all incoming goods and materials; record them into the inventory system.
• Record all outgoing goods and materials, ensuring accurate dispatch and documentation.
• Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts or full counts) and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Monitor stock levels; identify shortages, discrepancies or over-stock conditions and report these to management.
• Assist in the preparation of deliveries, ensuring orders are packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Support customer order fulfilment and respond to stock-availability inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and sales teams to improve inventory management processes and maintain accurate documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• College degree (Bachelor’s) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing or similar role experience with agricultural machinery or parts inventory is an advantage.
• Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Proficient in inventory management software and reporting tools; comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, logistics and sales teams.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; organized, proactive and with a problem-solving mindset.
• Able to handle warehouse/stock tasks, including lifting and standing for periods of time if needed.
