  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
  • Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
  • Organize and label inventory in storage areas
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock flow
  • Generate inventory reports as needed
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory to management
  • Bachelor's Degree (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an inventory clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed
  • Familiarity with supply chain procedures is a plus
