- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare inventory reports for management and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory needs effectively.
- Utilize inventory management software to track products.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or relevant positions.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, assist in sales training, and handle after-sales management.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment with occasional warehouse visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong public speaking skills.
