- Providing technical support to customers by troubleshooting and fixing computer issues.
- Help desk jobs can include responding to inquiries, creating work orders, and escalating issues to more experienced support.
- Responding to customers, determining the cause of computing issues, and fixing technical problems.
職位要求
- College graduate of an IT course or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities.
- Good understanding of computer systems and software.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
