Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any IT-related course (BSIT, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
Has knowledge and background with SAP modules and their functionalities
With basic experience in system administration and computer hardware troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking concepts
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users
Has a strong customer service skills with patience, empathy and a commitment to providing excellent support
Has excellent analytical skills to be able to gather and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and situations
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Addresses technical issues, including hardware, software, network and application problems
Technical Support: Provides assistance to users via phone, email or in person and managing support requests
Hardware and Software Management: Installs, configures and maintains computer systems, peripherals and software
System Maintenance: Performs regular maintenance tasks, including backups, updates and security checks
User Training: Guides users on the effective use of new software and hardware
Network Support: Maintains and troubleshoots network infrastructure
Communication and Collaboration: Works effectively with users, colleagues and vendors to resolve issues
