Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
Document problems and solutions in a ticketing system.
Train users on new software and hardware products.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and maintain systems related to cloud services.
Working Conditions: Office environment with remote support options; may require on-call availability.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
