- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems over the phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in setting up new equipment and performing upgrades.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT infrastructure management, system analysis, and IT asset management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage IT assets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily desk-based, with potential on-site support requirements.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
