Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Document and track service requests in the ticketing system.
Assist in the onboarding of new users and setup of devices.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and assist customers with inquiries.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
Skills and Competencies: Strong tech support skills, excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
