• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and user inquiries for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in night shift operations
• General network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, network troubleshooting)
• Minimum 4–5 years of IT Support experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Desktop/Field Support
