- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
- Identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Job Title: Janitor
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, carpet cleaning, general cleaning, furniture care, disinfection, and organization.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensure facilities are organized and sanitized, interact positively with clients and staff.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical activity, exposure to cleaning chemicals, and working indoors and outdoors.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
