Prepare traditional Japanese dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
Ensure freshness and authenticity of ingredients.
Create new menu items and specials.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cleanliness.
Collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of service.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Japanese cuisine.
Skills and Competencies: Expertise in cooking techniques, strong customer orientation, keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adherence to kitchen hygiene standards.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long hours, and working evenings and weekends.
Qualities and Traits: Passionate about Japanese cuisine, creative, team player, and committed to excellence.
