Position: Japanese Admin / helpdesk / Interpreter

Schedule: 9am to 6pm

Requirements:
- Filipino who speak Japanese language
- Open to Japanese National
- Open to JLPT N1 and N2 Passers/Level
- No JLPT Certificate required
- Degree holder of any course and Open to undergraduates
- Must have Clinical Background or experience
- Confident in translation/interpretation in Medical terms
- Confident in speaking and has ability to do customer service
- Ability to understand patient and client’s need and medical assistance
- Ability to express their thoughts to assist Japanese customers
- Ability to identify the medical concerns of the Japanese patient
- Can handle appointment set up with customers and Japanese patient
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become the Japanese help desk the medical center and wellness
- Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers
- Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments
- Provide Doctor schedule and available time for check ups and appointments
- Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after check up
- Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments
- Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed.
- Remind Japanese Customers about upcoming Online or F2f consultation
- Answer inquiries about online consultation and online reservation
- Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa
- Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
