JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business process and application needs.
• Design and develop high-quality applications using Java Enterprise Edition, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Create technical specifications and design documents, outlining the architecture and functionality of the applications.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Gather and Analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
• Design develops, test, implement and maintain application system or web-based applications

• Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan or other locations
• Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
• Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
• Must be able to speak basic English
• Open for College Graduates, Undergrad, Vocational, or High School Graduate
• Knowledge of web technologies such as Java Enterprise Edition, Database Management Systems and SQL
• Experience with handling Java Enterprise Edition
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Willingness to work in any location within Metro Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City)
