- Provide overall academic leadership and management of the College
- Oversee curriculum planning, faculty development, and student performance
- Ensure CHED compliance and support accreditation initiatives
- Foster partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and academic institutions
- Lead initiatives that promote innovation, research, and community involvement
- Must be a licensed Medical Technologist (PRC Registered)
- Holder of a Doctorate degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in Medical Technology, Public Health, or related field
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in higher education
- Preferably with administrative experience (Program Chair, Department Head, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum development, CHED policies, and accreditation processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Research background and publication record is an advantage
- Active member of PAMET, PASMETH, or other relevant professional organizations
