Key Account Manager


Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and long-term business partnerships. This role ensures client satisfaction, identifies new opportunities within existing accounts, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the clients’ needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand account penetration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings, business reviews, and negotiations with clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
  • Monitor account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and pricing strategies.
