The Key Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with developers, general contractors. This role focuses on identifying potential projects, securing pre-qualification status, and positioning the company to participate in bids and negotiations.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

5. Market & Product Knowledge

6. Post-Sales Collection Support


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or Marketing/Business Administration.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the mechanical contracting, construction, or HVAC industry.
  • Strong existing network with developers and general contractors (required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct site/client visits
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
