Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional agreements to align with company goals and account needs.
Oversee the order management process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to key accounts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to address any supply or distribution issues.
Ad hoc tasks are assigned by the Manager.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the Pharmaceutical industry
With a strong background in handling Modern Trade accounts, preferably with Mercury Drug Corporation (MDC), RPI, and other vital sales channels.
Highly analytical, creative, organized, and possess a good leadership style.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in sales management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
