- Assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support head chefs.
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
- Participate in kitchen inventory management.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking, stewarding, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of kitchen hygiene.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly long hours, with physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, quick learner, and adaptable.
