• Assist in the preparation of ingredients based on standardized recipes.
• Perform portioning, packing, and labeling of food items for store distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the commissary area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO method).
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support daily production targets to meet store requirements.

Qualification:

• High school graduate or vocational course is an advantage.
• With experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced commissary environment.
