簡介

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, assist in food prep, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation and storage tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Support kitchen staff during busy periods as needed.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or stewarding role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene practices, effective stewarding techniques, capable of heavy lifting, and possess strong attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, team-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
