- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and support kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, heavy lifting, dishwashing, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, assist in food preparation, and support kitchen operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and exposure to heat and noise.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
