簡介
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and storage as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Perform light maintenance and report any equipment issues.
職位要求
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or stewarding role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, and basic cooking skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, assist chefs, manage inventory of kitchen supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and handling cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, proactive, organized, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
