- Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points within the project area;
- Establishment of construction gridlines for Vertical Projects;
- Lay-out of the building footprint for Vertical Projects;
- Perform survey computation, both manual and computerized;
- Conduct as-built, settings and other layout surveys; lot monument for subdivisions;
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
- Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the project; and
- Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's standards
- Knowledgeable in Building Surveyor
