ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to help us find, attract, and retain top talent across various roles. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team that supports our company’s growth and culture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing techniques to target passive candidates.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job posting and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assessment & Selection
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and career aspirations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and gather feedback to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and reports.
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Promote the company’s employer brand through consistent communication and engagement with talent communities.
- Represent the company in job fairs, career events, and online platforms to increase visibility.
- Support internal referral programs and employee engagement in recruitment initiatives.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Solid understanding of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience recruiting for various roles (technical, administrative, leadership) is a plus.
