About the role


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for engaging prospective students through outbound and follow-up calls, as well as digital channels such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM (Salesforce). The role involves qualifying leads, understanding student needs, and recommending suitable courses or packages. The SDR maintains accurate lead records and conversion data, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective relationship management. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the SDR helps optimize campaign performance and improve engagement. Success in the role requires meeting conversion and revenue targets, strong communication skills, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work independently within a remote team.


Your days will be filled with:


  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students who have expressed interest through the website, social media, or lead forms.
  • Qualify leads, understand student needs, and recommend suitable courses or packages.
  • Manage communications via WhatsApp, email, and CRM (Salesforce) for timely follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, progress updates, and conversion details in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversions, call volumes, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and student engagement.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Confident, engaging communicator with a results-driven mindset

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools or processes
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team


Who we are looking for:

  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer acquisition (preferably in education, training, or related industries).


Non-Negotiable Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasive skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in education sales or course enrollment roles.
  • Familiarity with lead management through digital channels (social media, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Background in student recruitment or international education sales is a plus.
  • Can work autonomously in a remote setup, with a quiet environment and your own reliable equipment
  • Are comfortable using time-tracking tools during work hours


Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral).


Device Requirements:

To maintain a highly productive and professional work-from-home setup, successful candidates must have:


Computer & Equipment

  • Primary and backup computer with at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8GB RAM
  • Web camera for meetings and check-ins
  • Headset (preferably noise-canceling) for clear communication

Internet Connection

  • Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
