簡介

  • Assist in marketing and promoting available properties/units to prospective clients.
  • Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and present leasing terms.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with property management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure accurate records of tenants, contracts, and payments.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support leasing targets and contribute to occupant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of real estate, leasing procedures, and property documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to do fieldwork, property tours, and site inspections as needed.
  • Customer service–oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
