Company Overview

La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is a growing real estate company committed to excellence in property management, sales, and leasing operations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Operations Executive to join our in-office team and support our expanding leasing department.


About the Role

This office-based operations role (not WFH) will serve as the administrative backbone of the Leasing Department — ensuring that leasing contracts, listings, and documentation are accurate, organized, and efficiently executed.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage lease contracts and renewals
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Post and update listings across major online portals
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, agents, and building management
  • Oversee move-in/move-out activities and after-sales coordination


Position Title Leasing Operations Executive

Work Setup On-Site (Makati / Pasay Office) – Not Remote

Reports To COO / Leasing Director / CEO

Salary Range ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 + Allowances & Bonuses

Hiring Status Immediate


Key Responsibilities

1. Contracts & Renewals

  • Draft and finalize lease contracts, renewals, and termination letters
  • Track lease expirations and send renewal reminders
  • Coordinate with landlords and tenants for documentation and signatures
  • Secure notarization and maintain contract tracker

2. Document Filing & Organization

  • Maintain physical and Google Drive folders per property
  • File IDs, permits, receipts, and checklists accurately
  • Submit weekly summaries to COO and CEO

3. Property Listings & Portal Management

  • Upload/update listings on Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, FB Marketplace
  • Ensure accuracy of rates, descriptions, and visuals
  • Remove inactive units and refresh active listings weekly

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with landlords and tenants regarding lease status
  • Assist tenants with move-in/move-out documents and processes
  • Support leasing agents with scheduling and follow-ups

5. Building Administration Liaison

  • Secure permits, clearances, and billing documents
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Ensure unit readiness and building compliance

6. After-Sales Coordination

  • Monitor tenant issues and coordinate with service teams (e.g. La Sparkz)
  • Maintain a unit status log (vacant, occupied, under maintenance)


Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking someone with a STEEL/LORD Wealth Dynamics profile — structured, detail-oriented, and reliable.

A secondary TEMPO trait is a plus to support smooth coordination and relationship-building.

  • Resides within Metro Manila (Makati / Pasay preferred)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
