Prepare the approved marketing and presentation materials to be used during building tours, client pitch, etc.
Coordinate site inspection schedule to Operations and other involved groups to ensure the building is ready for client tours.
Coordinate with clients and brokers for schedule of meetings and presentations
Acknowledge any concern/query of tenants and immediately coordinate this with the AM for immediate discussion with Operations and other involved groups.
Coordinate with Lease Admin for the creation of SAP Contracts.
Draft the Terms of Reference with supervision of the AM.
Prepare the final negotiated Terms of Reference and Contract of Lease for office and parking for execution/notary.
Coordinate and disseminate management approval memos to concerned internal departments, and ensure that Operations was able to relay the information to the tenant.
Coordinate with Lease Admin for the processing of Contract Renewals and Contract Amendments
Send Renewal Notice for renewing tenants at least three months prior to the agreed lease renewal confirmation in the lease contract of every tenant.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
2 years experience in office leasing, sales or customer service
Real Estate Broker (Optional)
Strong written and oral communication skills, personable, demonstrates integrity, dependability and accountability, detail oriented
With excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Willing to work on-site (Muñoz, Quezon City)
