Company Description


HB Remedial Management OPC is an experienced service provider for Top Best Universal Banks in the Philippines. The company specializes in Consumer and Corporate Foreclosure, Real Estate Taxes payments and assessments, Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate and Real Properties, and more. Located in Metro Manila, HB Remedial Management OPC handles Collections and Settlement of Past Due Accounts, among other services.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant at HB Remedial Management OPC in Metro Manila. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, and supporting the legal team in various tasks related to Consumer and Corporate Foreclosure, Real Estate Transactions, and Collections.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PHP 15,000 - PHP 18,000 per month
  • Work Setup: Weekdays - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm except holidays
  • Healthcare: Company Accident Insurance and Emergency Prepaid Healthcard
  • Leave Benefits: 10 days of vacation leave, 10 days of sick leave, 5 days of emergency leave and birthday leave
  • Company-provided laptop and mobile phone (for CCO)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely monitoring and accountability of end-to-end the stages of Pre-foreclosure from the newly endorsed (ST-0) to filed: awaiting auction schedule (ST-7)
  • Oversees document preparation and assist co-employees on the completion of accounts from NPL to ROPA
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of company services to assist customers effectively
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and process recommendations


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Work Setup:

  • Onsite reporting to office - Sta. Mesa Manila or BDO Corporate Center Ortigas
