簡介
- Draft and reviews contracts (e.g. Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, Easement Agreements).
- Review due diligence requirements and ensure that land legal-related documents are proper and complete.
- Assists various departments in troubleshooting legal issues and recommends the best possible course of action with prevailing laws and jurisprudence as the basis thereof.
- Communicate with internal and external parties in the contract to properly explain the rights and obligations imposed by such legal instruments.
- Liaises with government agencies to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations promulgated by such entities.
- Studies relevant laws and ordinances and recommend possible actionable items to the team and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all activities within the company.
職位要求
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor;
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examinations and a licensed attorney.
- FRESH BAR EXAM PASSERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
- Preferably with experience in contracts and real estate.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knows how to adjust in complex situations.
