A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

• At least eight (8) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects
• Knowledge of/skills in field supervision, cost control, subcontractor management
• Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications
• Ability to control interphasing of structural works
• Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards and procedures
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-IntermediateKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced
• Professional attitude and appearance
