We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who can manage our full delivery operations, including fleet coordination, route planning, 3PL handling, and team supervision. This role is crucial for supporting our ice cream distribution nationwide, requiring experience in fast-moving, temperature-sensitive products.

• Oversee daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch and arrival of products.
• Manage a team of drivers and delivery assistants, including performance, discipline, and scheduling.
• Plan efficient delivery routes for multiple trips per day across various customer locations.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and cold chain providers for outsourced deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with sales, warehouse, and production teams to align distribution with customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip reports, and delivery tracking systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, specifically handling fleet-based distribution and temperature-sensitive goods.
• Proven experience coordinating 3PL and cold chain providers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field teams.
• Proficient in route planning, dispatch software, and reporting.
• Willing to be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and support flexible working hours.
