• Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, including record-keeping and coordinating repairs with service providers.

• Source and procure materials, parts, and supplies as needed by the company.

• Act as a liaison for company facilities, suppliers, and business partners for logistical and operational coordination.

• Track and monitor vehicle usage and efficiency to ensure proper maintenance and cost-effectiveness.

• Provide assistance in other logistical and operational needs as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any  related field (preferred but not required).

• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, or fleet management are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and sourcing suppliers is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

• Willing to do fieldwork when necessary.

• Must know how to drive two and four wheeled vehicles and must have a valid driver’s license.
