- Communicate with all couriers and delivery team.
- Consolidate the day-to-day transactions.
- Validate all the details with couriers .
- Checking and receiving of all documents for bill.
- Coordinate the billing with the Service Finance Team.
- Ensure proper billing of documents.
- Accurately prepare and submit correct billing with vendors.
- Resolve billing issues if any.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in billing is a plus.
- Must be able to cope up with pressures and deadline.
- Computer literate (most especially in Excel).
- Flexible, keen to details, and high sense of integrity.
- With above-average oral and written communication skills.
