Job Description:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in shipping documents.
• Monitor trucks, and drivers and set their schedules.
• Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers. 
• Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off. 
• Pre alert registration
• Delivery order
• Vessel checking or monitoring
• Email management
• Runsheet's checking
• Runsheet's costing

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, Logistics, or other related courses
• A licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms
• He/she must ensure the accuracy of data entry.
• Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings
