- Responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including but not limited to goods loss, delays, and damages.
- Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platform, ensuring the completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
- Track and follow-up the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
- Compute the delays using the platform the SLA.
- Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decision in accordance with the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.
- Handling internal and external communication for claims settlement
