• Plan and manage daily delivery schedules based on confirmed orders.
• Work with the Inventory team to make sure the right items are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Arrange courier bookings, pickups, urgent requests, and special deliveries.
• Track deliveries, handle delays, and maintain good relationships with courier partners.
• Keep delivery records, courier receipts, and other documents updated and accurate.
• Keep packing areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Do physical deliveries or drop-offs when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Work experience in logistics, fulfillment, retail, or e-commerce (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of courier systems, tracking tools, and basic inventory processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting or stock movement.
• Holder of a valid driver’s license (motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles).
